We work with professional societies, trade associations, association management companies, show management companies, and corporations of all sizes. Some clients don’t have any meeting planning staff at all – and we’re happy to fill that role. Others have their own internal program and meeting planning staff and we support them by taking some of the logistical planning and venue/vendor sourcing off their plates, so they can focus more on audience generation, sponsorship sales, and program/content management.

What types of meetings and events does Aspire specialize in?

We specialize in meetings, conventions, trade shows and conferences, in a B2B environment. We have extensive experience in trade show management, medical/scientific meetings, as well as online learning platforms and digital events (live streaming).

We already have an in-house planning team. How can Aspire help us?

We work with in-house planning teams and staff all the time! Having worked for associations for more than 18 years, we understand the extensive scope of responsibilities that your internal team is managing – strategy, budgets, sourcing/contracting, marketing, sales, logistics, technology, production, housing and registration, AV/production, exhibits (just to name a few).

Allow us to handle your venue sourcing/contracting. We’ll save your planning team 35-40 hours of site selection and negotiation time per meeting, while mitigating risk to your organization and providing better value to your bottom line.

We can also recommend and source service providers (A/V and production companies, General service contractors/decorators, Destination management companies, Mobile Apps), saving your team additional time and cost. Our network of service providers consists of the biggest names in the industry – tell us what you need, and we’ll recommend the best partner for you!
